The firm was responsible for producing drawings and specifications and providing contract administration for the restoration of this historic house (Kitchin House) in downtown Winnsboro to serve the Fairfield COunty Historical Museum. In 2003 the firm conducted a facility condition assessment and provided a report including a phased schedule and recommendations and cost estimate for needed repairs and maintenance.
